At Tuft & Paw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request and securely package your items in their original bags.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
